Meet Charlie, our four-legged Rufferals Partner and the heart of the Keith Walsh Home Team. When he’s not busy playing ball, going for walks, or perfecting his nap schedule, Charlie takes his role very seriously, welcoming clients with enthusiastic tail wags and friendly smiles.
Charlie is always on the lookout for friendly faces and is happiest when surrounded by people who love homes, neighborhoods, and dogs as much as he does. He’s also the official correspondent for Charlie’s Choices in our company newsletter, where he shares local dog-friendly events, neighborhood walks, and the occasional paw-approved recommendation.

There is nothing our founder, Keith Walsh, is prouder of than being a “Girl Dad.” When he’s not helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, his favorite role is spending time with his daughter, Millie.
